Meet Andrece
Founder & CEO

HERstory
Andrece is a serial entrepreneur, community advocate, a sister, daughter, aunt, and Mother.
Andrece is the Founder and CEO of UjimaPro Consulting, a business formation, strategic planning, and consulting company that helps entrepreneurs start and grow their businesses. Andrece specializes in helping new and existing business owners establish the infrastructure to build and grow multiple six figure companies. She is also the Founder and CEO of Ujima Financial Solutions, a financial wellness company offering credit building, budget management, and tax preparation services. Andrece co-founded and is the VP of the Second Amendment Sista Society, a 2A organization for black women, and is the Co-Founder and COO of Magnetiq Management a talent and events management company. Andrece started her first business while a 2nd year college student by opening a franchise within an MLM company. During her 6 years building her first company she successfully recruited, trained, and led over 200 business consultants before moving on to start a traditional business.
Andrece's drive stems from her passion to, "leave empty by uplifting my community in every way my gifts allow..." and from her belief that uplifting the community starts with fostering economic and entrepreneurial opportunities. Andrece's endeavors as a entrepreneur run parallel with time spent working in the non-profit sector. Before leaving the non-profit sector full-time to pursue her entrepreneurial endeavors, Andrece worked as the Volunteer Services Manager at a local non-profit where she managed over 8,000 volunteers annually to prepare and deliver nutritionally tailored meals to ill neighbors throughout the DC Metro Region. Prior to that she coordinated a reading and mentoring program in DCPS elementary schools, and provided wrap-around case-management services to the residents in one of DC's most underserved neighborhoods. Andrece also volunteers independently with many community organizations, and regularly plans initiatives that serve and uplift her community.
Andrece holds a BS in Psychology from Georgia State University (GSU) where she completed her studies after transferring from the University of Tampa (UT). During college Andrece was a leader on campus well known for creating opportunities for her peers to get off campus and out into the community to serve, leading by example. She served in AmeriCorps at a college prep middle school for underserved youth; she served as the Student Director of the Interfaith in Service Coalition, Co-Chair of the American Cancer Society's Relay for Life at GSU, President of the Largest Service Organization at UT, and a Volunteer Coordinator in the Volunteer Office at UT. Her endeavors awarded her a seat as the only student to serve on GSU's service awards selection committee, and the University of Tampa's Volunteer of the Year.
When Andrece isn't working you can find her creating and cooking plant-based recipes, in a yoga session, learning to play her acoustic guitar, or spending quality time with her SUN and family.
